1999
Start as a subcontractor
Del Lalman, the founder of DHI Renovations Inc., begins to provide general contracting services to residential and commercial customers, since 2007 under the name of Del’s Home Improvements and General Construction.

Among others, CCA Contracting Inc. becomes one of the first major customers and partners.

2011
Business incorporated
The growth continues and the business is incorporated as DHI Renovations Inc. Full kitchen and bathroom renovations are offered in addition to tiling, flooring, painting and drywall installation and finishing.

Large customers, such as Niot Investment Holdings, Olivecorp Property Management & Investments, Amaz Property Mgmt are being serviced.

2016
Customer base expansion
The high customer satisfaction and an exceptional value consistently delivered drive new and repeated business. The industry best practices are continuously implemented for economies of scale and in preparation for expansion.

Harbour Side Homes, Lawrence Gardens Housing, Lakeshore Gardens Homes and other co-ops are added to the client list.

2019
Asbestos expertise
The breadth and depth of expertise offered by the company is continuously expanded. The service portfolio includes dealing with asbestos and other hazards. Despite the challenges from Covid-19 pandemic, the company continues to grow.

Fully certified, safe and thorough removal of hazardous materials is provided by a well trained and experienced team.
